José Carlos Flores Cuéllar is the Regional Director of Honduras at Total Impact Capital. He oversees all operations related to Azure Source Capital (ASC) in Honduras, such as creating financial products, underwriting Intermediary Financial Institutions (IFIs), managing the relationships with the Trustee and the IFIs, and providing advisory services to water service providers (WSPs) regarding credit readiness. He is also supporting TOTAL with other projects in the region, such as World Tree and FEF.
José began his career as a Project Manager in construction before transitioning to finance, where he spent five years as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking at Banco Davivienda, managing diverse portfolios in energy, housing, agriculture, and retail. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Project Management.
