Georgina Vázquez is an Investment Advisor at Total Impact Capital, where she plays a pivotal role in managing investor and partner relations, developing project pipelines, and overseeing the reporting processes for the Female Entrepreneurship Fund.

Georgina previously served as a Program Manager at Omtrix Inc., focusing on the operational oversight of inclusive finance investment funds and technical assistance initiatives across Latin America and Africa. She has also worked extensively as an independent consultant, engaging in a variety of projects that involved the structuring of special purpose vehicles, conducting due diligence, handling financial workouts, performing business appraisals, and evaluating programs. Georgina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and two Licentiate degrees, one in Finance and Banking and another in International Trade, all from the University of Costa Rica.

Georgina is based in Costa Rica.

Jenniffer Fuentes de Orellana is the Regional Director of Central America at Total Impact Capital, based out of El Salvador. Her role concentrates on developing commercial relationships with local financial institutions and technical partners, tailoring financial products to each country’s demand, and ensuring the financial sustainability of company operations. Jenniffer also supervises loan portfolios and generates financial reports, all while prioritizing the company’s performance and financial stability.

Jenniffer previously served as the Executive Director of Financial Institutions at the Development Bank of El Salvador, where she was responsible for liaising with financial intermediaries and managing the bank’s loan portfolio to maximize profitability. She holds a BA in Economics and an MSc in Business Finance, equipping her with a robust understanding of impact investing. Jenniffer holds a BA in Economics and an MSc in Business Finance, giving her a strong understanding of impact investing.

Jennifer is based in El Salvador.

Chiara is Manager Investment Servicing at IforD and has been working in the microfinance sector for over 15 years. Her experience in financial inclusion spans different markets and financial service providers. She has worked few year as a independent consultant and advises financial services providers on customer-centric design, ESG, client protection and social performance. Chiara has experience in facilitation of decision-making and strategic reflections, organization design, and business modeling.

Prior, Chiara worked for more that 10 year at MFR (MicroFinanza Rating), where she successfully managed social business activities, including the various certification schemes (Smart Campaign Certification, GSMA Mobile Money Certification, etc.). At MFR, Chiara evaluated and advised more than 100 financial companies in different markets and regulatory environments.

Chiara is based in Luxembourg and manages strategic, regulatory, reporting aspects and relationship with the AIFM and the Fund’s Board of Directors and Strategy Committee.
