Semi-Annual Financial report 30 September 2025

The semi-annual report for the 2025 financial year is now published. It presents our latest financial results, confirming a positive momentum and strong performance over the period.

The report also includes an interview with Claudia Huber, Chair of the Investment Committee, in which she shares her views on the importance of grounding impact at the core of our strategic decisions.

The message from the Board of Directors highlights our new partnership with Camco, effective since 1 September 2025 — a collaboration that opens new opportunities to strengthen our reach and operational effectiveness.

The actors that make FEF

IforD, an impact investment fund managed by BIL Manage Invest S.A., has a focus on empowering women-led SMEs in the SICA region. FEF makes mission-aligned investments and works with a third-party TA provider to promote gender-inclusive practices in financial institutions. The Fund is sponsored by CENPROMYPE, a regional organisation dedicated to strengthening support for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. Total Impact Capital also plays a role in raising financing and LuxDev in providing technical assistance.

FEF provides loans to Financial Institutions targeting women-led SMEs, ensuring access to funds for starting, sustaining, and scaling businesses.

Capacity Building

Through partnerships, FEF offers tailored training to financial institutions, enhancing the business acumen and management capabilities of women entrepreneurs.

Innovation & Diversity

FEF’s support for female entrepreneurs fosters a more diverse and innovative business landscape in Central America, leading to better financial performance.
